1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Recruit staff as needed for factory and management roles using recruitment software.
- Post jobs on portals, manage recruitment campaigns, screen resumes, and conduct final interviews.
- Maintain a candidate database and prepare all joining documents.
- Issue employee safety kits and lockers to new hires.
2. Attendance Management
- Manage attendance for all employees.
- Resolve employee queries promptly.
3. Employee Engagement & Relations
- Address employee queries and grievances in a timely, professional manner.
- Promote a positive work culture and ensure employee satisfaction.
4. Conflict Resolution & Employee Relations
- Act as the first point of contact for employee grievances and disputes.
- Investigate workplace conflicts (worker vs. worker, worker vs. supervisor).
- Facilitate mediation sessions between involved parties.
- Ensure fair, unbiased, and timely resolution of issues.
- Maintain documentation of all grievances and disciplinary cases.
5. Policy Implementation
- Ensure plant-level compliance with HR policies and code of conduct.
- Educate employees on grievance redressal mechanisms.
- Promote respectful workplace behaviour and ethical standards.
6. Preventive Conflict Management
- Conduct regular shop-floor interactions and employee feedback sessions.
- Identify early signs of dissatisfaction or unrest.
- Implement engagement initiatives to improve morale and reduce attrition.
7. Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare monthly IR reports (grievances, absenteeism, disciplinary actions, union meetings).
- Maintain confidential employee records.
- Track trends and recommend corrective actions.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
