We're Hiring: Sales Executive
This is not a typical sales role.
At Mindweave Technologies, you won't just sell software. You'll help colleges and universities rethink how they manage placements, employer engagement, student readiness, and placement operations.
You'll work directly with Placement Officers, Training & Placement Cells, Career Services teams, and institutional leaders, helping them solve real operational challenges that impact thousands of students.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with colleges, universities, and educational institutions
- Understand existing placement processes and operational challenges
- Conduct product demonstrations and consultative sales conversations
- Manage inbound leads and generate outbound opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with Placement Officers and institutional decision-makers
- Collaborate with the product team to communicate customer feedback and requirements
- Maintain pipeline, follow-ups, and CRM records
- Achieve revenue targets while ensuring long-term customer success
What the Role Really Requires:
- Ability to understand customer problems before pitching solutions
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Curiosity about higher education, placements, and career development
- Confidence to engage with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- A growth mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-moving startup environment
Eligibility:
- 1-3 years of experience in Sales or Business Development
- Prior experience in EdTech sales is preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable conducting demos and handling client conversations independently
- Self-driven and capable of working with minimal supervision
