Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) to generate qualified leads in the US market, connect with decision-makers, and conduct virtual product/service demos. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in outbound prospecting, and confidence in presenting solutions to international clients.
This role works closely with the BDM and sales leadership to drive new business opportunities and support revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and generate leads from the US market via LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, and databases
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
- Research target companies and decision-makers (CXOs, Directors, Managers)
- Qualify leads based on ICP (Ideal Customer Profile)
Client Communication
- Initiate outbound calls/emails to US-based prospects
- Schedule discovery calls and product demos
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospects
- Build strong relationships with potential clients
Product Demo & Presentation
- Conduct virtual demos with clients via Zoom/Google Meet/MS Teams
- Understand client requirements and present tailored solutions
- Handle basic objections and queries during demos
- Coordinate with technical/BDM team for advanced discussions
Sales Support
- Update CRM with lead status, notes, and follow-ups
- Support proposal creation and initial documentation
- Achieve monthly lead generation and demo targets
- Share market feedback and competitor insights
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–4 years experience in international sales/lead generation (US market preferred)
- Excellent spoken and written English communication (Please do not apply if you do not have fluent English language)
- Experience in cold calling & email outreach
- Comfortable working in US shift
- Experience in conducting virtual demos
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Experience in SaaS / IT services / tech solutions sales
KPIs / Performance Metrics
- Number of qualified leads generated
- Demos scheduled & conducted and Sales Conversion
- CRM hygiene and reporting
