Chartered Accountant / Senior Accountant – USA & Canada Accounting
NNCL is a quality-driven KPO firm delivering end-to-end bookkeeping and accounting services to clients across the United States and Canada. Position Overview
This is a client-facing leadership role, not a backend accounting position. The selected professional will independently manage client portfolios, represent the firm in client meetings, and ensure consistent, high-quality delivery aligned with US & Canadian accounting frameworks.
Authority & Responsibility
The right candidate will be entrusted with:
- Independent ownership of assigned USA/Canada client accounts
- Direct participation in client calls, reviews, and transitions
- Authority to manage workflows and timelines for assigned engagements
- Mentoring and reviewing work of junior accounting team members
- Direct collaboration and reporting to firm leadership
This role is designed for professionals who think like Partners, not operators.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Experience
- Chartered Accountant or Senior Accountant with strong domain expertise
- 3–6+ years of experience in USA/Canada accounting & bookkeeping
- Prior experience in a KPO / outsourcing environment preferred
Technical Expertise
- Strong command of US GAAP & Canadian accounting principles
- Advanced working knowledge of:
- QuickBooks Online (QBO)
- Xero
- Proven experience in:
- Full-cycle bookkeeping
- Month-end & year-end close
- Reconciliations, accruals, and adjustments
- Financial statement preparation, review & analysis
- Cleanup & catch-up accounting projects
Client Communication
- Excellent spoken and written English (Mandatory)
- Confident in leading and participating in client meetings
- Ability to understand requirements independently and take complete ownership
Work Structure
- Office Hours: 02:00 PM – 11:00 PM (IST)
- Work Mode: From Office
- Location: Rajkot
- Client Base: USA & Canada
Compensation & Benefits
