Job Description
We are hiring enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Development Executives (Hotel Sales) to join our hotel sales team. Candidates with experience in the hotel industry only are preferred. Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales are also welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business from corporate clients and travel partners.
- Promote hotel rooms, banquet facilities, restaurants, and event services.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Prepare sales proposals and negotiate business deals.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Reservations, and Banquet teams.
- Attend networking events, client meetings, and sales activities.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and feedback.
- Submit regular sales reports to management.
Eligibility
- Experience: Freshers & 5+ years (Hotel industry experience preferred)
- Gender: Male & Female
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or any graduate with relevant sales experience.
