Job Responsibilities
- Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspection of materials and finished products.
- Ensure products meet quality standards, specifications, and customer requirements.
- Maintain inspection reports, quality records, and documentation.
- Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, and Dial Gauge.
- Identify quality issues and coordinate with production for corrective actions.
- Assist in root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Support internal and external quality audits.
- Monitor adherence to quality procedures and ISO standards.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, and Dispatch departments to ensure quality compliance.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities and maintain a safe, organized work environment.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) processes.
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Familiarity with measuring instruments and inspection techniques.
- Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 documentation.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to quality.
