Roles, responsibilities and requirements
Selected candidate will be on the job training for a period of one year
During this training period the candidate will be provided in depth training on operating 3 axis and 5 axis CNC machines.
Apart from that, over a period of time candidates will be introduced to other auxiliary functions like machine programming, process engineering, quality engineering, material management, tooling and fixtures, machine and plant maintenance etc.
The candidates who successfully complete one year of training will be posted on the regular rolls of the company on a different scale on par with the market.
