Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, confident and relationship-focused Business Development Executive to support the growth of Mitogenez Longevity across Gurugram and the wider Delhi-NCR region. The ideal candidate should possess strong networking abilities, excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of the local market. This role involves developing strategic partnerships, generating leads, increasing brand visibility and driving client acquisition through professional relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and develop new business opportunities across Gurugram and Delhi-NCR.
* Build and maintain relationships with corporate organisations, fitness centres, wellness communities, residential societies, healthcare professionals and referral partners.
* Conduct regular field visits, meetings and networking activities to expand the company's reach and referral network.
* Generate qualified leads and support conversion through effective follow-up and relationship management.
* Represent Mitogenez Longevity at corporate events, health camps, seminars, wellness initiatives and community engagement programmes.
* Develop strategic partnerships that enhance brand awareness and business growth.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience for prospective and existing clients.
* Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, partnerships and business development activities.
* Monitor local market trends, competitor activities and emerging opportunities within the healthcare and wellness sector.
* Contribute to business growth initiatives and achieve agreed business development targets.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management or a related field.
* 2–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Acquisition or Partnership Management.
* Strong familiarity with Gurugram and the wider Delhi-NCR region, including key corporate hubs, business communities and networking opportunities.
* Ability and willingness to travel extensively across Gurugram and Delhi-NCR for meetings, partnerships and business development activities.
* Excellent networking, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
* Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal abilities.
* Fluency in English is mandatory.
* Self-motivated, proactive and target-oriented approach.
* Professional appearance and confidence in representing a premium healthcare and wellness brand.
* Experience in healthcare, wellness, lifestyle, luxury services or corporate partnerships will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
