We are looking for Online Sales Assistant support .
Respond promptly to customer inquiries through chat, email, social media, and other online platforms.
Provide information about products, pricing, availability, and promotions.
Assist customers throughout the purchasing process.
Follow up with potential customers and convert inquiries into sales.
Process and track online orders.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
Meet assigned sales and customer-service targets.
Qualifications
- Good communication skills.
- Basic computer and internet skills.
- Ability to use email, messaging platforms.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
