Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced SEO / AEO Manager to drive organic growth and improve our search visibility across search engines and AI-powered platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and an understanding of Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) to ensure our content ranks effectively on both traditional search engines and AI-driven search results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and blogs for search engine visibility.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Work closely with the content, product, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are followed.
- Optimize content for AI-driven search platforms and answer engines (AEO).
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
- Identify technical SEO issues and work with the engineering team to resolve them.
- Track and report on key SEO metrics including traffic, rankings, and conversions.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of SEO strategies including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
- Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, or similar
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console
- Knowledge of Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) to optimize content for featured snippets, direct answers, and AI-generated responses
- Familiarity with AI Optimization (AIO) techniques to improve visibility of content across AI-driven platforms such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, and AI-powered search interfaces
- Understanding of Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) to structure content so it is effectively cited or referenced by generative AI systems
- Strong understanding of content structuring, schema markup, and semantic search
- Ability to collaborate with content, product, and engineering teams to implement SEO best practices
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with content-driven or SaaS products
- Understanding of AI-driven search platforms such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, or Google SGE
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
