Job Overview
Network Diesel Sales and Service (NDSS) is seeking a responsible and experienced Store Executive to manage daily store operations, inventory control, and coordination with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inward and outward movement of materials
- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory reports
- Monitor stock levels and initiate timely reordering
- Coordinate with suppliers for material procurement
- Ensure proper storage and organization of spare parts
- Prepare regular inventory reports (daily/weekly/monthly)
- Maintain proper documentation and store discipline
- Support service and sales teams with material requirements
Required Skills
- Knowledge of inventory and stock management
- Basic computer skills (Excel; ERP knowledge is an advantage)
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle store operations independently
- Attention to detail and accuracy
Qualification
- Diploma or Any Degree
- Relevant store/inventory experience preferred
