We are seeking an experienced and creative Senior Architect to lead architectural planning, design development, and project execution. The candidate will be responsible for managing architectural projects from concept to completion, coordinating with clients and consultants, and ensuring high-quality design standards and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design and planning for residential, commercial, and interior projects.
- Prepare concept designs, detailed drawings, layouts, and presentations.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Review architectural drawings, BOQs, specifications, and construction documents.
- Conduct site visits and monitor project progress.
- Ensure projects comply with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Mentor and guide junior architects and design teams.
- Participate in client meetings and design discussions.
- Handle vendor coordination and material selection when required.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
