KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee all kitchen operations and food production
- Develop innovative menus and maintain food quality standards
- Manage food cost, inventory, and wastage control
- Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, hygiene, and food safety standards
- Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and guest satisfaction
- Coordinate with management to achieve business goals
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 8–10 years of culinary experience with at least 3 years as Executive Chef
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Expertise in menu planning, food costing, and kitchen administration
- Knowledge of F&B operations, hygiene, and quality standards
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced restaurant environment
