Role Overview
System Automation Control & Engineering is seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer with 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in control panel design, PLC programming, SCADA/HMI screen development, and site commissioning. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end electrical automation workflows, from initial panel drafting to testing and system integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Control Panel Engineering: Design, wire, test, and troubleshoot electrical control panels according to industrial standards.
- CAD Drafting & Layouts: Prepare detailed electrical schematics, single-line diagrams (SLDs), component layouts, and bill of materials (BOM) using AutoCAD Electrical.
- PLC Automation: Write, test, and commission PLC logic programs for industrial automation projects.
- SCADA & HMI Systems: Develop graphical screen layouts, set up parameter mapping, and execute system integration for SCADA and HMI platforms.
- Testing & Commissioning: Conduct factory acceptance testing (FAT), site acceptance testing (SAT), and resolve site-level control panel issues.
Technical Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering Or BTECH.
- 3 to 4 years of proven core industry experience in electrical control systems and automation.
- Practical knowledge of AutoCAD Electrical for electrical drafting and panel design.
- Proficiency in PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider, or equivalent) and HMI/SCADA screen engineering.
- Strong diagnostic skills for panel wiring verification and field signal troubleshooting.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
