Qualification
BE / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Experience
Minimum 8–19 years of experience exclusively in the Crane Manufacturing Industry (EOT Cranes, Gantry Cranes, Jib Cranes, Material Handling Equipment).
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
- Expertise in crane structural design, fabrication drawings, and mechanical assemblies.
- Sound knowledge of crane design calculations, load analysis, and structural stability.
- Understanding of relevant crane design standards and manufacturing processes.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Engineering Management
- Lead and manage the mechanical design team for crane manufacturing projects.
General Assembly (GA) Drawings
- Prepare and review GA drawings for EOT Cranes, Gantry Cranes, Jib Cranes, and other material handling equipment.
Fabrication & Detailed Drawings
- Develop detailed fabrication and manufacturing drawings for production and assembly.
Structural & Load Analysis
- Design crane structures ensuring safety, load-bearing capacity, and compliance with engineering standards.
Bill of Materials (BOM)
- Prepare and verify BOMs for procurement and production planning.
Production Coordination
- Coordinate with production, QC, and purchase departments for smooth project execution.
Technical Problem Solving
- Provide technical support and solutions during fabrication, assembly, installation, and commissioning.
Drawing Review & Approval
- Review and approve engineering drawings before release to production.
Client & Project Coordination
- Coordinate with clients regarding technical specifications, approvals, and project requirements.
Design Optimization
- Improve crane designs for cost efficiency, structural strength, safety, and manufacturability.
Documentation Management
- Maintain design documents, revisions, calculations, and project records.
Installation & Commissioning Support
- Provide technical assistance during installation, testing, inspection, and commissioning of cranes.

CTC Budget
₹6 – ₹15 LPA (Based on experience and current CTC)
Note: Preference will be given to candidates having direct experience in Crane Manufacturing and Material Handling Equipment Industry.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
