Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated, energetic, and highly organized Personal Assistant to the co founder for administrative, operational, and day-to-day support. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to learn, adaptable to dynamic work environments, and willing to handle a wide variety of responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily schedules, appointments, meetings, and reminders.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, bookings, and logistics.
- Prepare reports, presentations, documents, and correspondence.
- Handle emails, phone calls, and professional communication.
- Maintain records, files, and confidential information.
- Assist with personal and business-related tasks as assigned.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams.
- Perform administrative, operational, and miscellaneous tasks as required.
- Support urgent assignments and work outside standard office hours when necessary.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned responsibilities.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Strong command of spoken and written English.
- Typing speed of at least 35 WPM.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communication.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Willingness to work flexible and odd hours based on management requirements.

Work Nature:
The role will involve handling different types of tasks on a daily basis. There will be no fixed or repetitive work schedule responsibilities will vary depending on the requirements of the management. The candidate should be flexible, adaptable, and willing to take up new assignments as and when required.
