Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable Data Entry Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining company data in our systems while ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.

Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update data into company databases and software accurately.
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness before entry.
- Review and correct data discrepancies.
- Maintain electronic and physical records as required.
- Generate reports using Microsoft Excel and other office applications.
- Scan, file, and organize documents.
- Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with internal departments to collect and update information.
Requirements
- Higher Secondary/Diploma/Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in data entry or back-office (Freshers with excellent computer skills may also apply).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Good typing speed with high accuracy.
