Project Engineer: -
· Job Summery –
· We are looking for a dedicated project engineer for the scheduling, planning, forecasting, resourcing, and managing technical activities to ensure project accuracy and quality. The Project Engineer is responsible for the engineering and technical disciplines of ongoing projects and will establish monitoring criteria for the proper implementation of all the elements of the project.
· To be a successful project engineer, you should have the ability to work with multiple discipline projects and demonstrate excellent project management and supervision skills. You should also have excellent organizational, time management, leadership, and decision-making skills.
· Responsibilities and duties: -
· Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring of assigned projects.
· Formulating project documentation and assigning responsibilities to the project stakeholders.
· Interacting with clients, principals, internal stakeholders,
· Interpreting the needs and requirements of the clients and the principals and representing them in the field.
· Performing tasks like project planning, scheduling and reporting on the project's status.
· Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules
· Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
· Co-ordinating and communicating with the project stakeholders and collaborating with senior engineers to create more efficient project methods and to maintain the project's profitability & schedule.
· Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
· Creating frameworks to measure the project's performance and data collection.
· Obtaining customer acceptance of project deliverables.
· Managing customer satisfaction within the project transition period.
· Ensuring Timely completion of the field work as per the project schedule.
· Ensuring the project's compliance with the applicable codes, practices, policies, performance standards, and specifications.
· Conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.
· Reviewing the project tasks and initiate the necessary corrective actions.
· Required qualifications and skills
· A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation/Electronics engineering.
· Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
· Proven experience in project management.
· 3 or more years' field and project planning experience in pharma machinery manufacturing industry is must.
· Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion.
· Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
· Able to complete projects in a timely manner
· Excellent computer literacy is must and knowledge of visualization would be preferred.
· The ability to work with multiple discipline projects.
· Excellent project management and supervision skills.
· Knowledge of applicable codes, policies, standards, and best practices.
· Budget management experience.
· Excellent organizational, time management, leadership, and decision-making skills.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
