Job Title: Business Development Executive (E-commerce)

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential sellers shared by the client for onboarding.
- Explain the platform’s seller registration process, benefits, commission structure, and policies.
- Assist sellers through the registration journey on the Seller Partner Portal.
- Validate KYC documents for completeness, accuracy and adherence to compliance standards & flags non-compliant or incomplete submissions and communicates corrective steps to the seller in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with internal verification teams for approval.
- Assist the seller in creating the seller profile on the portal, ensuring all mandatory information is correctly uploaded. Track progress and ensure sellers complete profile setup and readiness checklist.
- Maintain accurate call logs, lead statuses, and conversion updates in CRM tools.
- Follow up regularly with seller/s via phone and email to monitor onboarding progress & updates to prevent onboarding delays & ensure timely closure.
- Meet daily / weekly productivity and conversion targets as per defined SLAs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate with 6 months–2 years of experience in Sales / Inside Sales / Seller Acquisition / Onboarding.
- Strong verbal and written communication in English and Hindi.
- Prior exposure to e-commerce, seller onboarding, or cataloguing processes is preferred.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple follow-ups.
- Excellent listening, persuasion, and relationship management skills.
- Detail-oriented with high ownership and accountability.
Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
