Analyzing blueprints and technical drawings to perform precise material take-offs for civil, MEP, or interior projects.
Proficiency in reading construction drawings, knowledge of construction materials, methods, and building codes.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel
Analytical Skills: Strong mathematical abilities to compute complex calculations for costs and quantities.
