We are looking for an energetic, responsible, and people-friendly HR & Administration Intern to support our day-to-day HR activities, recruitment, employee coordination, and overall office administration.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, maintaining an organised workplace, and wants practical exposure to the complete HR lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Hiring
- Post job openings on LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and respective department heads.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, selection, joining dates, and required documents.
- Maintain an updated recruitment tracker and candidate database.
- Assist with offer letters, joining formalities, and onboarding.
2. Employee Attendance & HR Coordination
- Monitor daily employee attendance, late arrivals, leaves, and absenteeism.
- Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
- Coordinate with employees regarding attendance-related issues or corrections.
- Maintain employee records and required HR documentation.
- Assist management with regular HR reports and employee-related information.
3. Office Administration
- Support smooth day-to-day functioning of the office.
- Coordinate basic office requirements, supplies, stationery, and other administrative needs.
- Ensure employees follow general office procedures and workplace guidelines.
- Coordinate with different departments for routine administrative requirements.
- Identify day-to-day operational issues and communicate them to management.
4. Employee Engagement & Office Culture
- Help maintain a positive, professional, disciplined, and friendly work environment.
- Regularly interact with employees and understand general workplace concerns.
- Support employee engagement activities, celebrations, birthdays, festivals, and team activities.
- Encourage healthy communication and coordination between employees and departments.
- Escalate important employee concerns or workplace issues to management appropriately.
5. Onboarding & Employee Documentation
- Coordinate joining formalities for new employees.
- Collect and maintain employee documents and records.
- Introduce new employees to company policies, teams, and workplace processes.
- Assist in maintaining employee files and HR databases.
- Support exit formalities and documentation whenever required.
Skills Required
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident and comfortable communicating with candidates and employees.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
- Good organisational and coordination skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets, Word / Google Docs, and email communication.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and follow up consistently.
- Positive attitude with good interpersonal skills.
- Responsible, punctual, organised, and proactive approach towards work.
Preferred Qualification
- BBA / B.Com / MBA / PGDM / Bachelor's or Master's degree with specialisation or interest in Human Resources.
- Freshers and students looking for practical HR experience can apply.
- Previous internship experience in HR, recruitment, or administration will be an advantage but is not mandatory.

We are looking for someone who is approachable yet professional. The candidate should be comfortable interacting with employees while also ensuring that workplace policies, attendance, discipline, and office processes are followed properly.
The ideal candidate should take ownership of routine HR activities rather than waiting for instructions for every small task and should be willing to learn and grow into a broader HR role.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
