- Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage the schedules of receptionists, night auditors, and concierge staff to ensure adequate shift coverage.
- Guest Relations: Serve as the primary point of escalation for complex guest complaints, ensuring quick and courteous resolutions.
- Operational Coordination: Work alongside housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room statuses are up to date and facility standards are met.
- Financial Oversight: Enforce cash-handling and credit policies, process billing, manage department budgets, and review room revenues daily.
- Compliance & Systems: Maintain data privacy protocols, update front office software systems, and ensure standard operating procedures (SOPs) are consistently followed.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
