About the Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the end-to-end automated data pipeline from laboratory and billing systems to PostgreSQL (Supabase).
- Design, develop, and maintain data ingestion frameworks.
- Build robust data validation and quality-check mechanisms.
- Implement monitoring, alerting, and error-reporting systems.
- Ensure pipelines run reliably with minimal manual intervention.
- Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve pipeline issues.
- Manage Excel and CSV-based data ingestion processes.
- Support future recurring and automated data feeds.
- Optimize data workflows for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business and reporting requirements.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience delivering production-grade software solutions.
- Strong expertise in Python.
- Strong hands-on experience with PostgreSQL.
- Experience building and operating unattended production systems or automated data pipelines.
- Proven ability to develop reliable ETL/ELT workflows.
- Ability to demonstrate a live project or solution you have built.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience with Supabase.
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL Row-Level Security (RLS).
- Experience handling complex or messy operational data.
- Exposure to regulated industries such as healthcare, diagnostics, finance, or compliance-driven environments.
- Proficiency with AI-assisted coding tools, including:
- Claude Code
- Cursor
- GitHub Copilot

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
