About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Manager – Sales to lead revenue growth initiatives, manage key client relationships, and drive a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of achieving sales targets, developing business strategies, and leading teams in a dynamic environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy & Business Development
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, market segments, and growth areas.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent business growth.
- Analyze sales performance and market trends to improve conversion rates and revenue generation.
Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals.
- Set sales targets, KPIs, and performance benchmarks.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and training programs.
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability and results.
Client Relationship Management
- Manage and grow relationships with key accounts and enterprise clients.
- Lead negotiations, contract discussions, and deal closures.
- Ensure exceptional customer experience and long-term client retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Reporting & Forecasting
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business performance reviews.
- Monitor competitor activities and market developments.
- Provide strategic recommendations to leadership based on market insights and customer feedback.
RequirementsMust-Have Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- MBA preferred.
- 7–10 years of proven sales experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong experience in B2B sales and account management.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in FMCG, IT Services, Manufacturing, Real Estate, Hospitality, Healthcare, or related industries.
- Exposure to enterprise sales cycles and high-value deal closures.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and sales reporting tools.
