Key Responsibilities
Logistics & Material Coordination
- Coordinate delivery schedules for MEP materials, equipment, and tools to project sites.
- Track incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure timely arrival.
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, transporters, and procurement teams.
- Ensure material handling complies with project requirements and safety standards.
- Maintain logistics schedules aligned with construction milestones.
Site Material Management
- Monitor material stock levels at site stores and warehouses.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of MEP materials.
- Coordinate material issuance to subcontractors and site teams.
- Verify quantities and conditions of delivered materials.
- Minimize material wastage and losses through proper control.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain delivery notes, gate passes, inventory records, and transport documentation.
- Update material tracking logs and inventory databases.
- Prepare weekly and monthly logistics reports.
- Maintain records of supplier performance and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with QA/QC teams for inspection documentation when required.
Coordination with Project Teams
- Work closely with MEP engineers, procurement, warehouse, and site supervisors.
- Support project scheduling by ensuring material availability.
- Coordinate crane access, unloading zones, and storage areas.
- Resolve logistics-related delays and delivery issues.
Health, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure logistics operations follow site safety regulations.
- Coordinate safe unloading, lifting, and movement of MEP equipment.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and local construction regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 2–5 years of logistics coordination experience in MEP or construction projects.
- Experience in handling MEP materials and site logistics.
- Knowledge of inventory systems and material tracking.
Required Skills
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Knowledge of MEP materials and construction workflows.
- Inventory management and warehouse coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and logistics software.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deliveries.
- Good problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Understanding of construction safety practices.
Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with large-scale commercial, residential, or industrial projects.
- Experience working with subcontractors and MEP vendors.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
