As we continue to grow, we're looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Success team.
About the Role
As a Customer Success & Support Executive, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers. You'll help pathology labs resolve their queries, guide them in using our software effectively, and ensure they have an outstanding experience with LabSmart.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, communicating with people, and learning new technology.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and remote support.
- Troubleshoot software-related issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Guide customers on using different features of LabSmart.
- Escalate technical issues to the product or development team when required.
- Follow up with customers until issues are resolved.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Identify common customer pain points and share feedback with internal teams.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and deliver an excellent support experience.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–1 years of experience (Freshers are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (regional languages are a bonus).
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in customer support, customer service, or technical support.
- Familiarity with CRM or helpdesk software.
- Basic understanding of SaaS products is a plus.
