We are looking for a target-oriented Sales Executive to drive gym membership sales, generate leads, and convert prospects into active members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and convert leads through calls, walk-ins, references, and local outreach.
- Achieve monthly membership sales and revenue targets.
- Conduct gym tours and explain membership plans, packages, and facilities.
- Follow up with leads and prospective customers regularly.
- Upsell personal training, fitness packages, and other services.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective members.
- Participate in local marketing and lead-generation activities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Handle customer queries and support the team in improving member retention.
Pay: ₹10,047.36 - ₹17,000.00 per month
