### *What We Are Looking For*
We are hiring for two key roles—*Sales Executive* and *Sales Manager*—to drive our B2B workspace solutions.
*Your Core Responsibilities:*
* Identify, pitch, and close commercial leasing deals (Coworking, Virtual Offices, and Managed Spaces).
* Connect with corporate clients, startups, brokers, and freelancers to understand their workspace needs.
* Conduct site tours of our premium facilities for prospective clients.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with the Gurgaon commercial broker network.
* Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
### *Who You Are (Requirements)*
* *Experience:* 2+ years of experience in Sales (Real Estate, Commercial Leasing, or Coworking is a major plus).
* *Freshers:* Highly motivated freshers with a passion for sales and a hunger to learn are welcome to apply!
* *Communication:* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
* *Market Knowledge:* A good understanding of the Gurgaon commercial market/geography is preferred.
* *Mobility:* Having your *own conveyance* (bike/car) is preferred for client meets and site visits.
* *Traits:* Proactive, result-oriented, and a great negotiator.
