Job Summary:
The HR Assistant provides administrative support to the Human Resources department by assisting with recruitment, employee records, onboarding, payroll support, and HR documentation. The role ensures smooth day-to-day HR operations while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating the hiring process.
- Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documents.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Support new employee orientation and onboarding programs.
- Assist with attendance, leave management, and payroll-related documentation.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Help organize employee engagement activities and training programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential personnel files.
- Perform other administrative duties assigned by the HR Manager.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
