- Staff Leadership: Mentoring and training junior servers, managing shift schedules, and assigning table stations. They conduct pre-service briefings to review VIP reservations and daily specials.
- Guest Services: Welcoming patrons, managing seating arrangements and reservations, and assisting guests with menu recommendations and pairing suggestions.
- Service Pacing & Quality Control: Acting as the bridge between the dining room and the kitchen to ensure accurate, timely service. They oversee tableside operations and inspect food presentations before it reaches the guest.
- Issue Resolution: Acting as the primary troubleshooter. They listen to customer feedback and complaints, de-escalate issues, and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Administrative Duties: Overseeing inventory, ensuring compliance with hygiene standards, and supervising end-of-shift billing and POS reconciliation.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
