- Maintain and update records, files, and databases

Operational Support
- Support front-office and management teams with daily operations
- Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Monitor processes and ensure tasks are completed on time
Communication & Coordination
- Handle emails, calls, and internal correspondence
- Follow up with vendors, clients, or internal teams when required
- Schedule meetings and maintain calendars
Financial & Compliance Support
- Assist with billing, invoicing, and expense tracking
- Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures
- Support audits and internal checks
Data & MIS Reporting
- Generate MIS reports and performance data
- Analyze basic data to support decision-making
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Inventory & Logistics (if applicable)
- Track inventory and maintain stock records
- Coordinate with logistics or procurement teams
Technology & Systems
- Use office software (MS Excel, Word, ERP systems) efficiently
- Update internal systems and databases regularly
