Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve daily production and packing targets as per the production plan.
- Assist the Quality Control (QC) team during internal and external audits and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of all production and packing activities.
- Ensure that all equipment and utensils are properly cleaned and sanitized prior to use.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers in the production and packing areas.
- Identify, document, and report any deviations or malfunctions in the production process to the Operations Manager.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the production line and working area.
- Ensure all workers use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Hygiene Practices (GHP).
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Preferred candidates with Food Technology background.
