About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior UX Designer to create intuitive, meaningful and high-performing digital experiences.
In this role, you will lead the UX process across websites, applications and digital platforms—from research and information architecture to user journeys, wireframes and interactive prototypes. You will work closely with UI designers, developers, product teams and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into clear, user-centred solutions.
The ideal candidate combines strong UX thinking with excellent problem-solving, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end UX design process across multiple digital projects.
- Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews and competitor analysis.
- Translate business requirements and user needs into clear UX strategies.
- Create information architecture, user flows, journey maps and task flows.
- Develop low- and high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes.
- Plan and conduct usability testing to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Present UX concepts, research findings and design recommendations to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with UI designers to ensure visual design supports the intended user experience.
- Work closely with developers to maintain design accuracy during implementation.
- Review existing products and identify usability, accessibility and conversion issues.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of design systems and UX documentation.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback during design reviews.
- Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality, consistency and timelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 5–8 years of professional experience in UX design, product design or interaction design.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, research, user flows, wireframes and shipped digital products.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools.
- Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and design-thinking methodologies.
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing and heuristic evaluations.
- Strong knowledge of responsive design, interaction design and accessibility standards.
- Ability to simplify complex workflows and information into intuitive digital experiences.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers and business stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to justify design decisions using research and data.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in design, human-computer interaction, psychology, technology or a related field is preferred.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working on complex websites, SaaS platforms, enterprise products or mobile applications.
- Familiarity with analytics tools and data-informed design.
- Understanding of front-end development principles and technical constraints.
- Experience mentoring junior or mid-level designers.
- Experience working in an agency, product company or fast-paced design environment.
