Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the real estate sector. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, achieving targets, managing team productivity, and ensuring successful project closures.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for ongoing and new projects
- Monitor daily sales activities, lead conversions, and pipeline management
- Coordinate with CRM and telecalling teams to improve lead generation and follow-ups
- Ensure timely closure of deals and support the registration process
- Conduct regular sales review meetings and performance tracking
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance in all transactions
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales (Real Estate preferred)
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
- Good knowledge of CRM systems and sales reporting

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
