Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to oversee and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, trend-aware, and capable of managing content planning, campaign execution, audience engagement, and overall brand presence across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with brand and marketing objectives.
- Manage and oversee social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan, schedule, and manage monthly content calendars for multiple brands/accounts.
- Coordinate with content writers, graphic designers, video editors, and marketing teams for content creation and execution.
- Review and approve social media content including captions, creatives, reels, videos, and campaigns.
- Monitor platform performance and track engagement, reach, audience growth, and campaign effectiveness.
- Analyze insights and prepare monthly performance reports with recommendations.
- Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, viral content formats, and competitor activities.
- Manage audience engagement by monitoring comments, messages, and community interactions.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, contests, and brand collaborations.
- Ensure brand consistency in communication, tone, and visual identity across all platforms.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure timely delivery and campaign execution.
Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, Journalism, Business Administration, or relevant field.
- 2–3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles preferred.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, trends, and audience engagement strategies.
- Experience in content planning, campaign management, and social media analytics.
- Strong communication, coordination, and team management skills.
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, analytics tools, scheduling platforms, and content management tools.
- Basic understanding of paid ads, digital marketing, and brand strategy.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and reporting tools.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience managing multiple brands/accounts.
- Strong creative thinking and campaign ideation abilities.
- Ability to interpret analytics and make data-driven content decisions.
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, ChatGPT, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar social media tools is an added advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines efficiently.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
