- Welcome walk-in customers and visitors in a professional manner
- Guide customers to the relevant sales executive / department
- Handle incoming phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and emails
- Maintain visitor register and customer footfall records
- Coordinate appointments for showroom visits and product consultations
- Share basic product category information (sofa, bed, dining, office furniture, etc.)
- Support sales team by managing customer waiting and lead handover
- Follow up with customer inquiries and appointment confirmations
- Maintain reception desk, catalogues, brochures, and sample books
- Coordinate courier, inward/outward documents, and vendor visitors
- Assist accounts / billing team in directing customers for payment desk
- Maintain showroom discipline, hospitality, and customer seating arrangements
- Ensure front desk area is neat, presentable, and customer friendly
- Report customer complaints or urgent service requests to concerned team
