ASBAE Technologies is hiring a Business Analyst for project-based software and digital transformation engagements.
Location: Lucknow / Hybrid
Experience: 1–3 Years
Type: Project-Based Contract
Compensation: ₹15,000–₹25,000 per project + separate meeting/UAT fees
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyse client requirements.
- Prepare BRD, FRD, SRS, user stories and process flows.
- Conduct client meetings and requirement discussions.
- Coordinate with Project Managers and technical teams.
- Prepare MOMs, action items and project follow-ups.
- Track approvals, clarifications and scope changes.
- Support testing, UAT, demos and final sign-off.
Requirements
- Strong requirement gathering and business analysis skills.
- Knowledge of BRD, FRD, SRS and user stories.
- Understanding of process mapping and business workflows.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart or similar BA tools.
- Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder and client coordination skills.
- Good documentation, communication and presentation skills.
- Basic understanding of web/mobile applications, APIs and databases.
Preferred
B.Tech / BCA / MCA / MBA or related qualification with experience as a Business Analyst, IT Business Analyst or Software Project Coordinator.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
