Summary:
As a Security Managed Services Practitioner, a typical day involves delivering and managing comprehensive security services tailored to client environments. This role focuses on ensuring that security measures are effectively implemented to maintain protection, uphold compliance standards, and support operational resilience. The practitioner actively monitors security postures, coordinates with various stakeholders, and adapts strategies to evolving threats, thereby contributing to a secure and stable operational landscape for clients.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance security service delivery and address client needs.
- Continuously monitor and assess security environments to identify potential vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
- Document and communicate security findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting in their professional development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Qualys Vulnerability Management.
- Experience in vulnerability assessment and remediation processes.
- Strong understanding of security compliance frameworks and standards.
- Ability to analyze security data and generate actionable insights.
- Familiarity with security incident response and risk management practices.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Qualys Vulnerability Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
