We are looking for a confident and energetic Senior Telecaller who can connect with potential clients, explain our services, generate leads, and schedule meetings for the sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with prospects over calls.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.
- Introduce company services and explain their benefits.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with interested prospects via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Maintain and update customer information in CRM or spreadsheets.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
- Prepare call reports and lead status updates.
Requirements
- Excellent Hindi communication skills (English communication is a plus).
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
- Ability to handle objections and customer queries confidently.
- Positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset.
- Previous telecalling, sales, or customer support experience is preferred but not mandatory.
