About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Territory Manager to oversee sales, distribution, and market growth in the Ahmedabad region. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in Pharma OTC and FMCG product portfolios with proven achievements in territory handling.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and expand sales across the assigned territory.
- Ensure product availability and visibility across retail and wholesale channels.
- Lead and motivate field sales representatives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with distributors, stockists, and key retailers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and execute strategic sales plans.
- Conduct regular market visits, audits, and performance reviews.
- Submit timely sales reports, forecasts, and MIS updates.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Pharma OTC and FMCG product sales.
- Strong knowledge of territory management and distribution networks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in market analysis and strategic planning.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
