Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant for Companys Ecommerce and quick commerce business vertical to manage and reconcile financial data from various e-commerce and quick commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, Blinkit, Bigbasket etc. The Accountant will work on Tally software and do the accurate accounting reconciliation of Multi GST sales, commission charges, payment, return management, claims etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hands on experience in e-commerce accounting, Multi GST management and reconciliation.
- Handle day-to-day financial reconciliation for our online business operations
- Perform daily/weekly/monthly reconciliation of e-commerce, quick commerce transactions including sales, returns, commissions, fees, shipping charges, payment settlements, claims etc.
- Check, Verify, and reconcile reports from platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, Blinkit, Bigbasket etc. with Tally accounting records.
- Maintain books of accounts in Tally software for Online business.
- Coordinate with e-commerce, quick comm internal teams to resolve payment or reconciliation discrepancies.
- Work closely with Ecommerce, quick comm and warehouse operations teams to verify delivery and return reports.
Preferred Candidate profile:
- Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or related field.
- Min 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce, quick comm accounting.
- Proficient in MS Excel and Tally.
- Experience working with e-commerce, quick comm portals (Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, Blinkit, Bigbasket etc.).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills with high level of accuracy.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
