Job Title: Team Lead
Job Summary:
The Team Lead is responsible for managing a team, ensuring smooth workflow, and supporting the Project Manager in achieving project goals. This role involves people management, work allocation, performance monitoring, and guiding team members to deliver quality results within deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the day-to-day activities of the team.
- Allocate work effectively based on team members' skills and project requirements.
- Monitor team performance and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Provide guidance, support, and mentoring to team members.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager to plan, execute, and track project activities.
- Assist the Project Manager in meeting project timelines and business objectives.
- Resolve team issues and escalate concerns when required.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide performance feedback.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and productive work environment.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
