Lead end‑to‑end implementation/AMS of SAP Ariba SLP including supplier registration, qualification, segmentation, and performance management.
Configure supplier onboarding workflows, questionnaires, approval flows in public private cloud.
Integrate Ariba SLP with SAP S/4HANA/ ECC using CIG for vendor master BP synchronization.
Build automated supplier validation using Ariba APIs(REST/SOAP) with external portals (gov registries, bank verification, etc.).
Configure external supplier validation invoice validation workflows with regulatory portals.
Design and align Business Partner (BP) Model in S/4HANA with SLP data flows.
Conduct As‑Is / To‑Be workshops, translate requirements into configuration specs.
Collaborate with technical teams on API integrations, custom validations, workflow automation.
Develop integration documentation, functional specs, configuration workbooks.
Lead UAT, training, supplier enablement, and cutover/go‑live activities.
Implementation experience in SLP, Ariba Sourcing, Ariba Contracts, and Procure‑to‑Order processes.
Deep understanding of Upstream procurement from supplier onboarding to performance review.
Ability to map complex procurement policies into SLP configuration.
Experience designing supplier qualification questionnaires modular onboarding flows.
Expertise in building complex approval workflows.
Strong stakeholder management; ability to engage C‑suite and operational teams.
Ability to assess current onboarding processes and recommend best‑practice improvements.
Experience building custom reports and best‑practice sourcing events(projects, auctions, etc.).
