Job Description
Kriya Industrial Automation is looking for a Senior Automation Engineer with practical experience in industrial automation systems.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of PLC programming, HMI, SCADA, VFD, servo systems, control panels and machine commissioning.
The role will involve working on automation projects and visiting customer locations for installation, commissioning, troubleshooting and technical support. Therefore, candidates must be willing and comfortable to travel as required.
Key Responsibilities
- PLC programming and troubleshooting
- HMI programming and troubleshooting
- SCADA development and troubleshooting
- Machine automation and process automation
- VFD and servo system integration
- Control panel testing and commissioning
- Electrical and automation troubleshooting
- Reading and understanding electrical drawings
- Machine installation and commissioning
- Troubleshooting automation systems at customer sites
- Supporting automation project execution
- Coordinating with electrical and mechanical teams during commissioning
- Providing technical support during project execution
Required Skills
- 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in industrial automation
- Good knowledge of PLC programming
- Knowledge of HMI and SCADA
- Knowledge of VFDs, servo systems and sensors
- Understanding of control panels and electrical systems
- Ability to read and understand electrical drawings
- Experience in machine commissioning and troubleshooting
- Good technical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to travel to customer locations
