We are looking for an exceptionally creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer who can design world-class digital experiences for multiple brands under Rayudu Group.
This role is for someone who doesn't just create beautiful designs—but solves problems through exceptional user experiences.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design premium UI/UX for websites, web applications, SaaS platforms, mobile apps, and admin dashboards.
- Create complete user journeys, wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces.
- Design landing pages with high conversion rates.
- Create responsive designs for Desktop, Tablet, and Mobile.
- Develop clean design systems and reusable UI components.
- Work closely with developers, product managers, and marketing teams.
- Design dashboards for HRMS, LMS, Recruiter, Jobs Portal, Logistics (LR), SEND platform, and future SaaS products.
- Conduct UX research and usability testing.
- Improve user engagement and customer experience through data-driven design.
- Maintain consistency across all Rayudu Group brands.
- Stay updated with modern UI/UX trends and AI-assisted design workflows.
