Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and developers.
- Create user-centered designs by understanding business goals and user needs.
- Develop wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flow diagrams.
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to improve user experience.
- Ensure consistency in design elements, branding, and visual standards across products.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components.
- Optimize designs for responsiveness, accessibility, and performance.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
- Review existing applications and recommend improvements to enhance usability and engagement.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and design thinking.
- Knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, and user research methodologies.
- Understanding of responsive design and mobile-first design concepts.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts is an advantage.
- Strong creativity, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Multimedia, or a related field.
- 1–3+ years of experience in UI/UX design (depending on company requirements).
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects and design process.
Pay: ₹11,275.33 - ₹25,000.00 per month
