Job Summary
The Brand Executive will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing branding and marketing activities to strengthen brand visibility and support business growth. The role includes coordinating ATL, BTL, and digital marketing initiatives, organizing dealer meets and promotional events, coordinating with vendors and agencies, and ensuring the successful execution of branding campaigns across multiple locations. The position requires extensive travel for dealer visits, exhibitions, site inspections, branding activities, and marketing events.
Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Planning & Coordination
- Assist in planning and executing branding and marketing initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure consistent brand communication across all marketing channels.
- Coordinate marketing calendars and campaign execution schedules.
- Ensure timely availability of branding materials across all branches and regions.
Campaign Execution (ATL, BTL & Digital)
- Coordinate ATL, BTL, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Support the execution of product launches, promotional campaigns, and seasonal marketing activities.
- Coordinate retail branding, dealer branding, outdoor advertising, and promotional activities.
- Monitor campaign execution and ensure timely completion.
Dealer & On-Ground Marketing Activities
- Organize and coordinate dealer meets, exhibitions, customer engagement programs, and promotional events.
- Conduct site visits and recce before branding or event execution.
- Coordinate event logistics, branding installations, and venue arrangements.
- Supervise on-ground execution to ensure activities are completed according to brand guidelines.
- Conduct branding audits across dealer outlets and branches.
- Travel extensively for dealer visits, exhibitions, branding activities, site inspections, and marketing events.
Vendor & Agency Coordination
- Coordinate with vendors for printing, fabrication, signage, branding materials, promotional merchandise, and event logistics.
- Liaise with creative agencies, event management companies, media agencies, and digital marketing partners.
- Obtain quotations, compare vendors, and coordinate timely delivery of branding materials.
- Assist in vendor negotiations regarding pricing, quality, and delivery schedules.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with Sales, Design, Procurement, Production, and Regional Teams.
- Coordinate with branch offices for timely execution of branding initiatives.
- Ensure marketing activities are aligned with business objectives.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare campaign reports and MIS for management review.
- Maintain records of marketing expenses, vendor bills, purchase requests, quotations, and campaign documentation.
- Prepare post-event reports and campaign summaries.
Budget Support
- Assist in monitoring marketing budgets and campaign expenses.
- Track vendor invoices and coordinate timely payment processing.
- Ensure cost-effective execution of branding activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage.
- 2–3 years of experience in Branding, Marketing, Marketing Coordination, Brand Management, Event Management, or a similar role.

- Experience in coordinating dealer meets, exhibitions, promotional events, and brand activations.

Preferred Attributes
- Experience in the manufacturing, plywood, laminates, building materials, or allied industry will be preferred.
- Comfortable with extensive travel for dealer visits, exhibitions, branding audits, site inspections, and marketing events.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and willing to travel frequently for business requirements.
Travel Requirement: Extensive travel is mandatory as the role involves frequent field visits, dealer meetings, exhibitions, branding audits, and event execution across assigned locations.
Job Type: Full-time
Base Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
