Qualifications
- Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of experience in building construction

Job Responsibilities
- Execute site work as per GFC (Good for Construction) drawings.
- Plan, schedule, and monitor daily construction activities.
- Review work progress against the project schedule.
- Ensure quality control at all stages of construction.
- Monitor and control material wastage and project costs.
- Coordinate and allocate work fronts to subcontractors in advance.
- Forecast material requirements and raise material indents as per the work schedule.
- Ensure compliance with site safety standards and implement necessary precautions.
- Prepare weekly subcontractor bills based on actual work executed.
- Submit daily and weekly progress reports.
- Conduct regular meetings with site staff to review daily activities.
- Resolve site-related technical and operational issues.
- Perform any additional construction-related duties assigned by the Managing Director.
Required Skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Good knowledge of site execution and quality standards.
- Strong planning, coordination, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and report preparation is preferred.
Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
