- Job Responsibilities:
- Visit schools and colleges to promote ASET College programs and admission opportunities.
- Meet students, parents, Principals, Counsellors and institutional representatives.
- Conduct student counselling and provide guidance on suitable courses and career options.
- Explain ASET College programs, eligibility, admission process, fees and career opportunities.
- Conduct presentations, counselling sessions and admission awareness activities.
- Generate admission leads through school and college outreach.
- Follow up with prospective students and parents and convert leads into admissions.
- Maintain records of counselling, leads, follow-ups and admissions.
- Achieve assigned monthly admission targets.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Admissions, Academic Counselling, EdTech or Education Sales preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counselling, presentation and convincing abilities.
- Comfortable interacting with students, parents and educational institutions.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willingness to travel across Coimbatore.
