SGI School is hiring experienced and passionate Mathematics Teachers for its campuses in Pune, Belgaum, and Kolhapur. The selected candidates will deliver rigorous mathematical instruction to international curriculum students, focusing on high-level analytical skills and examination preparation.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Mathematics for IB Diploma Programme (IBDP) and/or Cambridge (IGCSE / A-Level) streams.
- Prepare comprehensive lesson plans, internal assessments (IAs), and coursework aligned with IB/Cambridge standards.
- Conduct regular progress evaluations, exam prep sessions, and individual student mentoring.
- Contribute positively to campus life, residential duties, and extracurricular academic clubs.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Master’s (M.Sc./M.A.) or Bachelor’s (B.Sc./B.A.) degree in Mathematics, preferably with a B.Ed.
- Experience: 2+ years of hands-on teaching experience in an IBDP or Cambridge International (CAIE) environment.
- Skills: Expertise in IBDP Analysis & Approaches / Applications & Interpretation or Cambridge Higher Level Mathematics.
- Availability: Candidates must be ready to join immediately.
